LEND360 Small Business Lending Advisory Committee

The 4th Annual LEND360, the go-to event for leaders in the FinTech industry, has named Hudson Cook, LLP to the first-of-its-kind Small Business Lending Advisory Committee. Catherine Brennan and Katherine Fisher, partners in the firm's Maryland office, will represent Hudson Cook on the committee.

The committee's first undertaking was to evaluate and comment on the upcoming Request for Information from the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) regarding Section 1071 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, which pertains to lender data collection requirements for loans made to small, minority and women-owned businesses. LEND360 will publish the comment letter later this fall.
