Hudson Cook attorneys on panels at 2017 Buy Here, Pay Here Conference

Hanover, Maryland, October 17, 2017 - Hudson Cook, LLP attorneys Allen Denson, Eric Johnson and Nora Udell will speak at the upcoming National Alliance of Buy Here, Pay Here Dealers ("NABD") Conference, taking place October 23-25, 2017 in Orlando, Florida. On October 23, Denson, Johnson and Udell will present "Advertising Do's & Don'ts," a panel examining common advertising problems and explaining how to design a company's operation to avoid common pitfalls. The panelists will identify the state and federal regulators and their likely focus for this year. The panel will also cover the types of advertising the regulators target, major enforcement actions, and "Do's and Don'ts" to get advertising material into compliance.

On October 25, Johnson and Udell will participate on a panel that will address "Collection 'Hot Spots' to Avoid." The panel will help identify state and federal regulators, their focus, and steps to take to avoid collection hot spots.

Thomas Hudson, a founding member of Hudson Cook, will introduce speakers and moderate several panel discussions at the conference.
