Professional Experience

Meghan Musselman is a partner in the firm's Maryland office. She advises banks, sales finance companies, installment lenders and other similar creditors in the development and maintenance of consumer credit programs, compliance management systems, and vendor management programs.

On behalf of investor clients, Meghan conducts due diligence of consumer credit programs, including auto finance companies, online lending platforms, mortgage loan companies, mortgage loan servicers, and consumer finance companies.

Meghan also counsels clients on privacy and data security issues under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Meghan is active in the American Bar Association's Banking Law and Consumer Financial Services Committee. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Executive Council of the Federal Bar Association's Banking Law Section.

Meghan graduated with a BA in Political Science and French from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a varsity lacrosse player, and earned her JD from The George Washington University Law School.
