Hudson Cook, LLP 1997-2005; 2006 - Present. Michael Benoitis a partner in the firm’s Washington DC office. He advises banks, sales finance companies, auto dealers, credit lead providers and other creditors and technology providers on a wide range of consumer financial services law, including the Truth In Lending Act, the Consumer Leasing Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the Dodd-Frank Act.
