Allen Denson quoted in Inside Mortgage Finance article on CFPB enforcement approach

On August 9, Inside Mortgage Finance asked Hudson Cook Partner Allen Denson to offer his thoughts on the CFPB's current and future enforcement actions.

"The enforcement actions are being announced more frequently now," said Allen. "I expect the steady clip of settlements we've seen over the last two months to continue."

Allen represents clients before the CFPB, FTC, DOJ, federal prudential regulators, as well as state attorneys general and financial regulatory agencies. He also assists clients in complying with federal consumer financial law.
