Lisa DeLessio to speak at CDIA Inaugural Law Symposium

Lisa C. DeLessio, a partner at Hudson Cook LLP, will speak at the Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) Inaugural Law Symposium on July 17, 2018, in Washington, DC, on a panel entitled "Examining the Enforcement Landscape."

The panel will discuss the regulatory enforcement and examination process, as well as highlight lessons from the financial crisis and opportunities for structural reform. The panelists will also cover reports from the field, including an assessment of current enforcement trends and how they will affect data furnishers and consumer reporting agencies.

Joining DeLessio on the panel will be David A. Stein, moderator and of counsel at Covington & Burling LLP, Eric J. Mogilnicki, partner at Covington & Burling LLP, and Adam H. Schuman, partner at Perkins Cole LLP.

DeLessio advises financial institutions, licensed lenders and servicers, and finance companies on issues related to compliance with federal and state law. She also has a wealth of experience in federal and state law mortgage servicing issues, as well as with data furnishers to develop FCRA compliant policies and procedures.
