Presenters: Catharine Andricos and Trisha Cacciola

As creditors increasingly rely on a remote workforce to continue doing business during the pandemic, so do their service providers and other third-party partners. This situation creates security and oversight challenges, and also has the potential to negatively impact service level standards. We explore these challenges and what expectations are reasonable for creditors to have in light of third-party contractual commitments.
