Presenters: Catherine Brennan, Kate Fisher and Caleb Rosenberg

As some small businesses have unsuccessfully sought funding from lenders under the Paycheck Protection Program, litigation against the U.S. Small Business Administration has increased. This webinar touches on the litigation trends we are seeing related to the PPP, including assertions by borrowers who claim they were wrongly excluded from participation in the PPP.
