  • How to obtain an Economic Injury Disaster Loan ("EIDL") or a Paycheck Protection Program Loan ("PPPL");
  • How to become an SBA lender under the Paycheck Protection Loan Program;
  • How to refer small businesses applying for EIDLs or PPPLs to SBA-approved lender and receiving compensation; and
  • Considerations for servicing small business finance transactions.
