Patty Covington, Robert Gage and Anastasia Caton discuss a myriad of issues a financial institution should consider when developing, implementing and managing crisis accommodation and modification programs. They discuss the different types of accommodations and modifications available, front end issues related to accepting requests, state law issues, credit reporting considerations, and process-related issues, as well as back end issues like record-keeping. This webinar will focus on considerations for personal property-secured credit, as well as secured and unsecured installment lending.
