Professional Experience

Businesses facing litigation and government investigations need attorneys who are responsive, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage the many moving parts of a case. Pearl helps clients navigate those challenges by supporting every stage of litigation, from legal research and motion practice through discovery, fact and expert witness preparation, and trial. Known for her thoughtful approach and strong analytical skills, Pearl provides practical, business-focused support that helps clients address challenging legal issues efficiently and effectively. Clients and colleagues value Pearl's narrative-driven take on litigation—a take which draws from her background in scriptwriting and persuasive speaking to present a client's perspective in a manner designed to resonate with a judge, jury, or regulator.

Before joining Hudson Cook, Pearl was a litigation associate with a prominent firm, where she served as one of the members of a core 12-person trial team during a three-month, multibillion-dollar mass tort trial which ultimately resulted in a complete defense victory.

Pearl was named a "Most Promising Newcomer" finalist in The Legal Intelligencer's Pennsylvania Legal Awards (2025), recognizing her exceptional early-career performance. Pearl is committed to serving clients through excellent advocacy.
