As an Associate in our Maine office, he advises financial institutions, mortgage bankers, finance companies, licensed lenders, servicers, debt buyers, debt collectors, and their vendors on developing and maintaining compliance programs that align with federal and state regulations.

With experience in financial services and regulatory compliance, Taylor works with clients to:

  • Develop and maintain consumer credit regulatory compliance programs for banks, non-bank lenders, and service providers.
  • Advise on federal and Maine-specific compliance matters affecting financial institutions and service providers.
  • Assist with regulatory examinations and responses to consumer credit-related inquiries.
  • Interpret and implement evolving consumer finance regulations to mitigate risk.

Taylor is dedicated to helping financial institutions and service providers build effective compliance strategies in an evolving regulatory environment.
