Five Hudson Cook Attorneys on Roster of Speakers for LEND360

Five Hudson Cook attorneys will participate at the upcoming LEND360 conference, taking place from Oct. 11-13 in Dallas, Texas. LEND360 is an annual event that exclusively focuses on the unique needs of online lending providers.

On Oct. 12, Kate Fisher, a partner in the firm's Maryland office, will moderate a session on business lending, and Bob Gage, a partner in the firm's Michigan office, will be a speaker during this session, which will provide attendees with an update on merchant cash advances and explain why contract language is important. A partner in the firm's Washington, D.C., office, Allen Denson will also speak on the 12th. His topic will be "Trump Administration Regulatory and Policy Changes Online Lenders Need to Know."

Cathy Brennan, a partner in the Maryland office, and Blake Sims, a partner in the firm's Tennessee office, will each present on Oct. 13. Cathy's session is titled "The Role of the Secondary Market in Online Lending." Blake will discuss "Consumer Lending Innovations Shaping the Future of Non-Bank Consumer Finance."
