Compliance Track Workshop I: Laying the Foundation On Which Your Compliance House Will Be Built
We all need to make sure our compliance management system stays up to date. With a busy FTC and CFPB of late, we need to be even more sure that we have the right foundation to maintain an appropriate Compliance Management System (CMS). This workshop will facilitate a discussion of those building blocks on which your compliance house should be built, including CMS policies, dealer agreements, and a monitoring program.
