Kevin DonnellyRETTC
Kevin Donnelly is the Executive Director and Chief Advocacy Officer of the Real Estate Technology & Transformation Center (RETTC). With over 20 years of experience in public policy and technology, he previously served on the Government Affairs team at the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), where he led innovation and technology efforts. Kevin holds a B.A. from Rutgers University and a Master's in Public Management from Johns Hopkins University.
Jay HarrisHudson Cook
Jay Harris is a partner in the Washington, DC office of Hudson Cook, where he is a member of the Credit Reporting, Privacy, and Data Security Practice Group. An experienced attorney, government affairs professional, and business leader, Jay focuses on consumer protection matters impacting rental housing operators and consumer reporting providers. He counsels clients on complying with consumer financial laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Housing Act, and data privacy and safeguards laws.
