Allen Denson quoted in Auto Finance News update on CFPB nominee confirmation
On July 27, Hudson Cook Partner Allen Denson offered insights to Auto Finance News regarding CFPB Director nominee Kathy Kraninger's path to confirmation. Despite the predicable criticisms from Democrats during the July 19 Senate Banking Committee hearing, "…there were no obvious obstacles to the Senate `ultimately confirming her,' " Allen noted.
Allen assists clients in complying with federal consumer financial law and represents clients before the CFPB, FTC, DOJ, and other financial regulatory agencies.
