Rebecca E. Kuehn is a partner with Hudson Cook, LLP in Washington, DC, where she chairs the Credit Reporting, Privacy, and Data Security Practice Group. Becki counsels businesses that leverage consumer data for analytics and decisioning on compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), financial and consumer privacy laws, fair lending, and other federal and state regulations. Becki was formerly an assistant director for the Division of Privacy and Identity Protection at the FTC, where she was responsible for leading enforcement, policy, outreach and rulemaking activities for the FTC's FCRA program.
