Unfortunately, most of the state and federal laws designed to regulate motor vehicles sales and financing were written decades before the electronic technology that enables these transactions. We will talk about the potential hazards associated with completing motor vehicle transactions remotely and the pitfalls of these transactions on the unwary financing sources that buy them.
