HUDSON COOK, LLP WELCOMES JASON ESTEVES AS NEW PARTNER

Washington, D.C. - January 8, 2024 - Hudson Cook, LLP, a leading law firm specializing in financial services, is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Esteves as a new partner in the Washington, D.C. office, expanding the Credit Reporting, Privacy, and Data Security Practice Group. Jason is the second partner addition to the practice group in the past nine months.

Mr. Esteves brings a wealth of experience and expertise in advising businesses on compliance with consumer protection, privacy, and cybersecurity laws. He is skilled in developing and maintaining change management and compliance programs that ensure clients proactively adhere to applicable laws and regulations. In addition to his regulatory compliance work, Jason has a proven track record of representing clients in litigation matters, government investigations, and enforcement actions.

Before joining Hudson Cook, Mr. Esteves served as the Vice President of Legal at Equifax, Inc., where he played a critical role in advising the company on regulatory matters, investigations, risk mitigation, government and media relations, and cybersecurity. He also managed a wide range of litigation matters for Equifax, where he helped design and implement strategies that significantly enhanced the company's ability to handle high-volume litigation more efficiently.

Mr. Esteves earned his degree in Psychology from the University of Miami. He furthered his academic achievements by obtaining his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he graduated with honors.
